I am writing in reguards to ordering a costume from Doxy also. I wish i would have seen the other reports filed before i went ahead and ordered from this company. I purchases a costume on September the 21st, thinking that was early so i could have my costume early. My credit card was automatically charged and it is now October the 30th and i have not recieved a costume (obviously to late for that) my money back or an email. I wrote two emails and have heard nothing back. I ended up having to order from another company and spending an additional $60 dollars on top of the $62 I already spent at doxy with nothing to show for it! I am really irritated and annoyed at how unprofesional this company is. They say they will contact you, email you back. And they never do. I just want my money back now! And to anyone planning on ordering from there. I would think twice unless u dont need what your ordering for a few months
