Ripoff unotherized debit charges no customer service contact no phone listed anywhere won't return letters ripoff business from hell dirty ripoff dogs from hell

I'am going through hell with Columbia House! I signed up in November via internet offer and to purchase FIRST order only I used my check card. They have sent me three DVD's already that I did not request nor did I want.

But that wasnt my problem, they have debited my acct. 3 times $35.00 each before they even send it and I have to wait almost a month before they recieve the DVD back and they put MY MONEY back into my account.

I have looked EVERYWHERE for a Customer Service # but all I can find is an address. So I have sent three letters to cancel my account one via Fed-Ex but haven't heard a word. I finally had to call my bank and change my password, and order new checking visa cards. They still have $70.00 of my money and hopefully now when they try to debit the account AGAIN they will be denied and I will then be contacted. I have wanted to cancel from the first time they did this but they make it IMPOSSIBLE!
