Money Hungry Hidden Agenda

I paid for a t-shirt that was supposed to be a "walking billboard" of women owned businesses and never got the t-shirt. I emailed the site owner, Heather Piehl twice and got no reply.

At her last event, she took product samples for a silent auction and did not return the ones that didn't sell. This organization is bad business from the lack of communication with "members" to the amateurishly designed website.

At the last event I attended, one of her vendors was her own child. (Tacky!) She booked too many vendors in the same company categories and even had several tables that WERE the exact same company.

I paid $25 for what was supposed to be a professionally printed business directory that was to be handed out to the event visitors. The booklet was clearly printed on a home printer, folded crooked and most of the images were blurry. I was embarrassed to show it to anyone.

If you are not a member of her site, (which costs over $80 a year for basically nothing), and you attend her events, she makes you put down a deposit that you don't get back unless you stay for the entire event. That policy alone speaks louder than words!

Don't waste your time or money with this so called "professional organization".
