My husband was buying a home and did not we had the suprime rate was told that we had fix rate. Our notes went from a thousand dollar to thirty five hunderd dollar so we file a 13 and as trying to save our home. But even with the 13 our notes kept on going up until we could not afford them. They started foreclosure and sold our home to the first Bank that did our loan Detsush Bank and not only did they do that but stated that we had not pay our mortage in 2 years. But thank god we send our payments in certified and purchase postal money orders with a return recipt whichs means that some one how to sign for the payment we sent in.
This mortage company is a rip off and all the other ones that are aiffiant with them. That would not work with you when try to contact them. We kept sending the information they would not work with us. Kept telling us we were 2 years behind and we needed to just let the house go because we couldnt afford it and ask if they could defer payment or make some arrangements with us. But after they kept saying we were 2 years behind and we making payments thur the 13 plan it done on us. We had our receipts to we had been paying and was not our fault if didnt get their money we have our paper work.
