I just got my Verizon bill for the month of October and there is a charge "on behalf of 10 15 15 800" by OAN Services, Inc. The charged call was never made and I have no idea "who" this 10 15 15 800 is. I note there are multiple complaints against OAN for this identical fraudulent action. I am filing a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General and refuse to pay the charge. I am also CANCELING my Verizon phone service. I've had enough with their cr*p!
