Move At Once Moving Company
Stole many household items computer system complete beds fax printer scanner stored household without permission hiked the price after coming out to pickup rip-off business

I was referred to this company by an online home relocation website. After much dialogue, and several calls, we agreed on a price. All of my items were in storage, so there was no long lifting or walking for them to do. When they got to the storage area different scenarios began to emerge.

They couldn't speak good english, the owner who I talked to on the phone called me a liar, even though they had my list of items sent to them before arrival. They didn't want to take my cashiers check initially. I agreed to a two day delivery date, but I didn't see my things again for 3 weeks, and 1/3 of them were missing. My sons bed, desk hutch, mirror, chair, bed headboard, footboard, frame and mattresses. My mattresses, china, computer system, head board, footboard, fax/scan/printer unit was also not returned.

A police report was filed by them against the storage facility that they used, stating that the storage facility removed their lock, (a darn lie!!! And therefore my things were missing. They stored my belongings in a storage facility without my permission or knowledge. The reasons for the delay in delivery... Truck breakdown, religious holiday delay.

You speak to women to arrange the move, and after pickup, you will only get to speak to nasty, mean, verbally abusive foreign men. THey don't follow the rules by filling out the forms to list what they remove, so that when they steal them, there is nothing written about them on the list. Then when you have a claim, they send you forms, many of them, that you have to justify that you had the items in the first place.

This was the first time I used a moving company, so I didn't know what to expect, but now that I have gotten no satisfaction from these foreigners (Israeli), I won't let this happen to me again. You can only sue them in their court system in Broward County Florida.

They make you sign a release about this or you don't get your delivery. Very intimidating, and deceptive practices. They need to be shut down immediately! THanks for this opportunity to tell my story.
