We purchased a phone and a broad band modem off the internet. Just like so many others on this site we were ripped off. Seems what they sell you as service may not be were you live. When it comes to refunds and customer service we were referred to a store that was 40 miles away.
The very reason we purchased online was to avoid this time and trouble let alone the expense.
The cricket people are very quick to take and process your order. Yet when it comes time to make good on the deal they are both rude and uninterested.
It seems there are many issues located on the f.C.C. Site concerning their lack of concern towards their customers.
