Let me just begin by saying that I've known gang-bangers with more business acumen then the crooks located at Mobile Link, "your neighborhood cricket store". I purchased the Cricket AC3781 Broadband modem & service on one condition. If I didn't like it I would be able to get a full refund, the only condition being that it would be returned back to the store within 3 days. So imagine my dismay when 2 days later I bring back their garbage service only to be told the guy who rang me up did something wrong & they couldn't give me back a penny. Oh yes, and they would be keeping that modem I bought right along with my money because their employee did his job wrong. This incompetent employee is Taras Hryhorasz, however at least his only crime is stupidity (I think). The store management was unapologetic, rude, displayed a complete lack of accountability, & wouldn't even help me contact anyone who could help.
