People calling into my home phone would get a message that sounded like a.com address. After contacting the phone company, I was notified of a service installed by Curtis at American Voice Mail without my consent. I was charged $9.06 for a service charge, 1 month of service, and a prorated service charge.
I contacted American Voice Mail twice, and have requested a refund but to no avail. I know that is a very small amount, but, this kind of business cannot continue. I don't know how many others are being taken advantage of, but I hope that you can put a stop to this. Sincerely, Paige Doyel
