Ripoff said they would provide voice mail service an hav not but yet im still paying 12.95 month for service on phone bill

I haved paid for voice mail services an have not recived them i wish to b rembursed for the money i have paid asap. If i am billed any more for voice mail sevices from usa voice mail, i will not pay for them.
