I had purchased a USB retractable cable with iPod connector. I could not get it to connect to my iPhone without risk of damage, so I wanted to return it. The employee claimed there was nothing wrong with it and that I would have to pay the 15% restocking fee. IPod & iPhone connectors are supposed to be compatible. He stated it only said iPod on the package, not iPhone. I told him to prove that the connectors were different, but he declined to even ask another tech or look it up. I guess it was a "guilty until proven innocent" situation.
