On 5/17/09 a web order was sent to Rollies.com. I have since noticed that this company operates under many names. My credit card was charged immediately which is not the norm for such orders. Rollies web sight has a disclaimer that enplanes that ordered items sometimes take more time to process. This is a two man operation. They very seldom answer their published phone or reply to your emails. I have had just two replies which were no more than lame excuses. It is now 09/13/09 and my order is still not fulfilled. I am not holding any thought that it will. I will be filling a report with British Columbia's Consumer Protection. I will update this report when I do. I can only say to check who you order from on the Web. I just wish I had followed my own advice. DO NOT ORDER from Rollies.com a.K.A. Rollies International.
