I purchased a glass water bong from rollies.com september 13 i have gotten 3 emails from them just giving me the run around about the item. They told me it was out of stock and i have to pick a new one, so i did and i believe one of the owners told me he will ship it out next week. Well that wasa over a month ago. I called numerous time and they have not called me back or emailed me as i emailed them numerous times as well. Rollies.com took out the money from my account in hours but it takes months for you to get a iteam? And who knows if i will get it, all i asked for was a refund and they cant even do that... I need help please! I just want this done with and over.
