I purchased a software product from MTNStore.com for over $400 that was supposed to be shipped 2-day. I even talked to them on the phone and they promised delivery. Three weeks later, and several calls, I finally canceled my order. That was back in August 2008, and I have still not received my refund. They have given me three dates for when my refund was "scheduled", but each time the date comes and goes and I spend the next week trying to get in touch with someone to find out when I will get my money back (they rarely answer the phone, and never return phone calls).
In writing this I just hope I can save one person the stress I have gone through in trying to get my money back.
