Kevin Vescio of AAA Pool Services is a theif! He steals from vacant homes that are in foreclosure, or are empty and on the market for sale. He draws his buisness form Banks, Mortgage companies and Real-Estate agencies, that need pool service to be done while the house is for sale or in reppossession.
Anything that is left behind in or outside the house he will remove without authorization from the owner (s). He then will use the items for himself, or pawn/sell for extra income. Kevin feels there is no "real" victom as the house is empty or in foreclosure, and nobody can prove what was left or taken from the property. This is a crime against the property owners, the Bank, or private owners.
