Unfortunately, I did not see the other complaints about this company until now. I placed an order on Sept. 16th and never heard a word back from them. After several attempts by phone and email requesting status of order, I have cancelled my order by email and they better not charge my account! I just wanted to get a cute frog picture frame for my daughter's best friend's birthday. Guess I will be shopping for something else now. Very frustrated that I wasted my time waiting and waiting, hoping to receive something!
Someone should SHUT the website down!!!
