Collected my money via PayPal then stalled me with fibs for six months and now ignores me

What can I say. I was gyped by this mob.
However I am peeved that PayPal who must've received numerous bad reports still support them.
If PayPal hadn't given them their seal of approval I would not have authorised the purchase.
