The Relationship Company
Watch Out! You Will Not Get What You Pay For!

There are several lessons I have learned from my experiences with this company. Please read the message below carefully because I have paid a very expensive tuition for it. I hope after reading this message you will stay away from this company and you will tell everyone you know to do the same. Please do not become another victim of this company.

Lesson #1: You will be misinformed and misled. I was told by the "director" of this company's office in Pittsburgh that they were completely different from other dating services. The truth is: they are the same as many other dishonest services. For example, the "director" told me that they had many members. Actually, they have only a few clients in my age range. After the first day, there is no profile for me to look at. I have to wait till they recruit a new member. No one knows how long it will take for them to find a new member.

Lesson #2: Do not believe they are there to serve you. They are after your money. Once you sign up for the service, you need to go to their website and find the information you need. They take your money and provide no service or little service. They have one (perhaps the only one) support staff, and she is located in Texas. I complained to her about the company's poorly designed website that does not respond well most of the time and it is very slow, but nothing has been done. Ironically, I tried to send a message to a male member for the very first time, a message in red popped out, saying that "users of same gender could not send message to each other." Obviously, the service they provide does not match the high fee they charge you.

Lesson #3: Do not believe what you see there. It can be all fake. The "director" told me she had four staff working for her. Later, I have found that she is the only one working in that office. I began to wonder who that young man at the reception desk was when I had the meeting with her that day. The reception desk does not belong to the relationship company. They just rent an office in the building, but the way they performed that day certainly looked like they owned the place. Their stationary does not have their company's name and contact information, which implies that they are hiding something. Unfortunately, I did not notice that until I got home.in addition, the director told me that they would not share profiles of their clients in other locations, e.G. Boston. Strangely, three out of four male clients' profiles appearing on their website are from Boston, which makes me believe that they are not the real members of the Pittsburgh office. They are there serving as bait. Isn't this false advertising and cheating?

Lesson #4: Do not give them your social security number. They claim they need your SSN to do background checking. I believe the real reason for them to get your SSN is to stop you from canceling your payment transaction. Since they are not honest business, you must check your credit report often and prevent credit card fraud.

To avoid all of the above, please do not use this service.
