This company/townhomes really suck! I have lived there for two years and have had two management changes and they are all worse than the one before that. Being a full time working college student that pays their own ways I don't have alot of choices when it comes to living. I moved in cause they were cheap and close to my job. The first few months weren't bad until my tub leaked through my ceiling and into my living room and ruined my furnature. It took maintence 4 weeks to come out and fix it. I had bowls to catch the water. Then they said it was fixed and a month and a half later it did it again. Took them one month to finally fix it. It happend six times while I lived there. THey continued to do a shotty job fixing it just to bandaid it until it happened again. The management sucks. They don't help you at all! I would call and they would take my info and NEVER CALL ME BACK! They say when you sign your lease that they pay for gas and now six months later they are putting in a gas meter so you have to pay your own gas, and they act so nice by knocking off 50 bucks from your lease when its going to cost you three times that much to heat your apartment. I've had to call the police one to two times a month for kids fighting in the parking lot, they say they have a security guard but i've never seen one and it doesn't stop the people from fighting or breaking into your apartment. They add a think saying that you have to have a sticker on your car to park there, but they don't enforce it. My husband and i had three cars as one was about to break down and they wouldn't give us three stickers told us sorry, not our problem adn we had to keep a car at a friends house. This place is a real ripoff... They make it look really nice and the apartment they show you is really nice and the one they moved us into is horrible. Door barely locks, stove broke first night, sinks leak, tub leaks, basement windows leak, and no one will come out to fix them...
