I ordered several items from www.bargainpack.com (run by Gayle Murdo). When I (finally) received my package, some of the items I paid for were missing, with no explanation.
I was kind of upset by this, and wondered if the items were unavailable, backordered, or for some reason being sent separately. I sent an email and received an automated verification that Bargain Pack received my email, but received no response.
I started calling the number listed on the website, more times than I can count, and got the same automated message telling me that no one was available and to try another time, with no option of leaving a voice mail. Irritating to say the least. So I sent another email, which went unanswered.
When I finally got through via telephone, a teenage boy answered. I explained I had a question about my order, and I heard him talk to somebody, then he got my name and phone number and said she would call me back in about ten minutes.
I did not receive a call back. At that point I was not surprised though.
This is not just bad customer service; this is theft.
I never received my missing items, or a refund of the cost of those items, or even an explanation from the company. Bargain Pack made no effort to even address my problem. I got screwed out of money.
