I just received an e-mail form an outgoing only mail box that my order was returned. This is the second incident now so I have decided not to order from them again. I have no complaints with the products, they are cute, unusual and priced fairly.
It is their choice of shipping that stinks. Unfortunately that is the US Postal service. I always have the items shipped to me at work since I am there during the day when the items would be delivered. When the postal service returns them through no fault of mine, I get a refund minus the shipping which is not cheap! I would rather pay a little more and have them use a reliable source such as UPS or FedEx.
When you call to get the shipping charges credited to your payment you get the run around at your expense since they don't provide any 800 phone number. It took many calls and a nasty letter threatening to quit shopping with them to get my money back last time.
Guess I will have to start that whole process again. It is not a good feeling to pay $6.95 for nothing!!
