I have ahd Verizon service, telephone internet and cable for 8 months now. Itook place in the 'refer a friend program' 3 months after my service began and they have yet to pay me ANY referrals and the sales reps have no idea why. So they say.
I have gotten 3 different stories, one. A rep saying not to pay $150.00 on my bill as it will be credited the next billing cycle. Guess what? No credit on my bill and a late charge. This has been going on for months and I am tired of it. Please help me. I have followed all the terms and conditions of the program and still nothing.
