Nor Cal Satellite in Redding Ca, which sales Dishnetwork should be shut down! Iam working with Dishnetwork Corporate offices to have their Retail license revoked. These people will tell you whatever you want to hear and then do the complete opposite. Nor Cal sent out some young kid installer who acted like he had never done it before in his life. He was also rude to myself and made passes towards my 12 year old daughter over and over again and also $200 was missing from my dresser!
He also left a huge mess and pretty much ruined my house frome drilling holes all over my roof because he couldnt find a signal. He was at my house for over 6 hours and left without my tv working, and said a different tech would be back in the morning, which never happened until 4 days later. The new tech was just as dumb as the first one. The owner of this joint syas all of his techs are certified, yeah right, in what? Iam still talking myself out of suing Nor Cal for sexual harrasment and theft.
My neighbor also had Nor Cal do their Satellite installation and had a just as bad experience with these crooks! When I spoke with the so called owner of this company, he acts like he is the damn president of the Satellite industry. A petitition is being put together by former customers who also want some kind of refund. This company has also had complaints with the BBB. I recomend calling any Satellite company in town except for Nor Cal Satellite!!
