I had a satellite for dishnetwork installed by this company. They came out and everything went ok for the setup. The man who intsalled our system was really great. I left right after he left and when I got home and turned on the TV we had blips during our programming.

Linx Satellite came out and attempted to fix the problem but in the process unhooked our cable internet. When I called them to tell them what happened they said they would get someone out in about a week. I called the man who set up our service and he came right over (contract help, not with Linx). While he was there the manager called me and said that they were going to charge me to fix my internet they unhooked because it wasn't them who unhooked it. I told him "that is funny, your contract help is here and it hasn't been a week yet and he says it was the man you sent out who caused the cable internet to go out. He said he disconnected it in two different locations around the house. Would you like to talk to him?" I handed the phone to the contract help (wonderful guy named Brian) and he told him that I wasn't stupid and knew what was going on. Go Brian.

I quit dealing with Linx and tired to get Dish Network to fix our service. After 13 months the service never worked properly and we are going back to Cox Communications who even though they cost more, they have good Customer Service, short service times (3 hour blocks not half or full day) and they have good quality reception.
