The estimator, Adam, was slick and fast talking. The movers appeared to know what they were doing. They came up short on moving blankets and a specialty box for a tall fragile lamp was missing (thanks to Adam who neglected to include it even after a phone call to confirm it) However, when my things arrived at their destination, I saw how the van was loaded. Heavy boxes on legs of furniture. Heavy boxes on top of each other. The fragile written on boxes meant NOTHING. Fortunately, because we packed the boxes ourselves, nothing was broken. However, the leg to the dining room table is broken. The leg to a chair is broken. Some veneer on a dining room chest is off and the lamp that they promised would be boxed at the warehouse is broken. The movers put it in a blanket and assured me when they got to the warehouse they would box it. These people just simple didn't care enough about the quality of their work.inCOMPETENCY everywhere.
