I have been paying my verizon bill on time pretty much evey month trying to anyway!
I fell behind one time... And they refuse to give payment arrangements!!!
Would rather terminate my service than work to resolve the problem to avoid additional problems!!!
I am fed up i switched from comcast to go to them... Worst mistake i ever made!!!
They do not honor their customers in any shape or form... They would rather disconnect so that they can make some more money on the reconnection fees!!!
I told them when i would be able to send the full past due amount and i told them as soon as i get my check because i get paid bi-weekly. I even gave them the exact date of my payment and they still refused to work with me I have been a long time customer of this company through all of its name changes... And still their customer service s absolutely horrible!!!
