Been a Verizon customer for about 18 months. Always pay monthly bill in full, on time. The credit card I use to pay my Verizon bill had fraudulent charges on it last month. The credit card refused the Verizon payment as a result. 6 days after receiving a call from Verizon about the issue, the phone was deactivated, without any notice, even though myverizon stated that the payment wasn't due for another 4 days.
