Got a $3000 phone bill for one user on Corporate account. I asked for call detail information verizon for incoming calls when traveling abroad. I have asked that the bill to be put into dispute and they are saying this cannot happen and I need a subpoena for call details on my own phone.
This is their response.

Dear User:
Thank you for contacting the Verizon Wireless Business Support Center. We were happy to process your request for xxx-xxx-xxxx.
We have reviewed the billing for this line and found since the calls were received while the phone was roaming internationally the incoming phone numbers will not be available. The reason that this happens is that the caller Id was not available for the phone number that the call was coming from since the phone was roaming on towers that are not Verizon Wireless.
It is possible, but not guaranteed that this information can be located if a copy of a subpoena can be provided. You must have a lawyer contact us to get the contact information for our Legal Department.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
If you have any questions, please reply from this message with reference number #. Our e-mail address is [email protected].
You also may contact us at 1-800-922-0204 or dial *611, airtime free, from your Verizon Wireless phone.
Thank you for choosing Verizon Wireless. Have a great day!
