I have noticed for a few months that $1.00 had been deducated from my account, but never paid any attention to this. I thought that it was something from my bank. The other night speaking to one of the bank personnel by phone, it was explained to me tha sometimes companies does that and he assured me that the cost was not bank related. He further advised me to call the company and request that the reimburse me for those services, whcih I never used or even know what they are. I have been unable to speak with anyone, as I am always been lucky to speak with an automated system instead that does understand what I say or cannot find the requested information. I have since then sent them an e-mail requesting that they cancel and reimburse me for the monies that they have deducted from my account. I am still waiting for an answer from them.
