Our company accidentally sent three checks totalling over $4,000 to Mid-States Express. Even though our company owed nothing to Mid-States (no open invoices, or orders, and no balance due) Mid-States still deposited the checks into their account!
Once we realized our error in sending the checks to them, we contacted them requesting the money be refunded to us. They refuse to do so.
The attorney general says becasuse there are no other claims about Mid-States turned in to thier office, it will be difficult for us to get our money back! Please, if Mid-States Express has screwed you over, like they have us, tell the Attorney General!
CRIMINALS! The entire company seems to help eachother disregard all of our calls and emails. No one in the local office helps us. No one in accounting, human resources, or management will return our calls or emails. They are all in on it. They should be ashamed to help their company steal our money!
