I required registration within the Producers Identification Guard thru my Producers broker, Paul Volz 541-482-8463, Ashland Or. It's to become section of my homeowner coverage 73915625095. On August 22 I rec'd a notice from Producers providing me service guidelines. Nowadays I tried following a directions:

1. Open web browser window - www.myfarmersidentityshield.com,

2. Enter user-name (provided in letter),

3. Enter temperature code (provided in letter),

4. Verify acct account,

5. Follow fast actions to make sure identification,

At this time after I visited on "proceed" a mistake message seemed and that I was directed to contact a telephone number, that we did. At this time I had been provided a number of selections-none which appeared to affect my scenario, consequently, I held selecting Number 1. I had been ultimately attached to a male worker who'd no knowledge of why I had been calling, despite I tried describing 2 times. He explained when I desired to buy a statement I'd require a creditcardnumber. I again discussed that I had been carrying out a connect to my homeowner plan consequently used to do not think I required a creditcardnumber. At this time he explained he would move me to somebody who may learn about the Producers plan. I had been on-hold on my mobile phone for fifteen minutes before I hungup.
