I have paid HSBC over $28,000 dollars in less than 2 years and they still say that I owe them over $2,000. It does not matter how much money you pay them you will always owe them more. They put your money in an "Unapplied Cash account" and leave it there to ovestate you monthly statement to show that you always late. Then they tried to take you house saying that you did not pay them. I am trying to seek an attorney or how to file a class action lawsuit against them. I have already contact the Attorney General in Texas, California and Flordia and also the BBB and everyone is passing the buck. I need some that that help.
