Hi, I have a problems with this company calling themselves the best but really they're not. I had made a payment which I owe them $200 for a unpaid ticket I have. Which I had made a payment through western union of total of $200 to cover my balance. After that they additionally took out $100 out of my bank account which they wasn't suppose to. I didn't realize they did it.
Until further notice I saw my bank statement saying a check went through to them. So I call them up asking why? So the deal is I overpay them bout $100. So they told me they'll refund my $100 back, and would take about 8 weeks to process. Which I say "that's fine." 8 weeks went past and nothing? It has been about a whole year worth and nothing from them.
So, I decide to call them just recently to follow up on the refund. I couldn't get through, and when I did I was put on hold for 15-20 min and no one came back on the line, either that or I was hung up just like that like 5-6 times already. It is frustrating. I called again and order to speak with a supervisor. Since I thought it was a supervisor they might be able to resolve this matter for sure. I was wrong, he told me that I had to fax the check number that they took from my bank account to them, before they could further assist me. I have done it already before and was told it's going to take 8 weeks, well that was a lie. It wouldn't be this difficult if they would have done it right the first time. The supervisor was very unprofessional and rude.
So now I am back to where I started from. I'm guessing I would never get my money back. They are good at taking people's money and run. Beware don't trust them for one bit. Tommy
