Rip-off consumer fraud

I decided that I wanted to cancel my membership with ACS. I could not access any live customer service representative to assist me with my account. Then I realized that ACS debited my bank account of $200 without even notifying me. I did not give them my bank account number nor any other information that authorized them to access my bank account. They used my social security number and did this themself.
