I have a consumer problem American Greetings is going to renew my membership automatically Feb 14. I agreed to a one month subsription last year and didn't cancel it on time or was late trying to cancel it. Anyway i just decide to forget it. I never used their service. Now when i try to
contact them by computer, they state they do not have a site to cancel memberships. When I try the 866 number they record your phone number and ask you to stay on hold for
the next representative. After a while you hear a busy signal. So of course you can't cancel the
membership. How do I get this taken care of.
Is there an agency that will help me with this? This is why I have been hesitant about doing too much on the computer. Because once they have your credit card number or bank account number they can continue to dip into your account
