The first outtage was about a month after i signed up. No computer, no phone for several days.
The second outage was 3 mos later. No computer, the soonest i could get it repaied was 4 days. When tech came it took him less than a minute to fix it. Someone could have talked me thru the simple proceedure. When i questioned that with customer service, the reply was" we have a tech customer service that does that" why didn't the customer service rep or the supervisor i talked to tell me that or transfer me over?"
The next outtage came approx 6 weeks later. No computer, no phone. This one lasted 6 days. After many phone calls, i wasd told a tech would be here sat. Never shows!!! Finally got a girl named amy in the tech dept. She talked me throu a procedure which solved the problem. One employee out of the dozen i talked to knew what to do!
I am so sorry i changed from knology. I have already arranged to go back with them.in the 7 or so years i had them i had no problems.
Not only does the right hand not know what the left is doing but most of them don't care. Not only did i get double billed the first month, but the servi ce person showed up a week early to do the change over. I found his card on my door. So it appears to be pervasive in all dept.
