I am filing this report because when I looked this company up I saw your website found directly under this one. So I looked into this and figured I would file a report on them. This company called my house yesterday trying to collect a debt from Kay Jewelers who no exist and sold their company over to Portfolio Associates. This account goes back to 1985 in the amount of $739.54. Acct.# 1078303680. I TOLD THEM THAT I REFUSE TO PAY such a bill especially knowing that it's over 20 years and the jewelry store does not exist anymore. They said that they are going to send me a dispute package out in the mail.
What do i need to do to resolve this issue? Please help!!
