I placed a large order on 8/8/08 in which my credit card was charged immediately. On 8/14 I made an inquiry by email to check the status of the order. The email was replied to late that night, stating that it should have been shipped.
I then replied asking to have the items sent over night and that I would split the cost as I needed the items this week for a trip. I have not received any further correspondence and I have left several messages and sent many emails.
The last message I sent was this morning (8/20) and have not heard anything!
This company has the most pitiful customer service I have every experienced. I would recommend not ordering anything from them as you may never see your items.
