The office of Home Rentals:
Besides the fact that Home Rentals will not have your property that you are renting clean / liveable by the time your lease starts, the ladies in the office treat their customers with disrespect to say the least.
They think that because most of their customers are college students they can talk down to them regardless of the situation even if they are in the wrong. If you ever have a problem EVERY lady in the office starts by giving you attitude and finishes by letting you walk out angered.
The ladies obviously do not communicate with eachother which nobody knows whats going on at different properties. Their organization plan is to write sticky notes all around the office which are never intended to be read.
If your rental property is ever damaged... Dream on! They offer know immediate help and actually take no responsibility sticking you with the bill.
