I have not talked to a single set of roommates over the past four years who have enjoyed renting from Skip Siemers or his DU Home Rentals company. He is an awful person to do business with and has no concept of right or wrong. He thinks that he can take advantage of college kids and their "parents' money, " but he is wrong. His houses are absolutely awful, extremely dumpy, and he tries really hard to not give anyone any part of their deposit back. He charges extra for any and everything, and he is EXTREMELY CHEAP. He is not an easy person to talk to, and he has to make a big deal out of anything. It is time he got phased out of the DU area, and for him and his wife to stop ripping kids off (I know about 15 different people he has rented to, all of whom, like I said, have complained about his business practices). PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM DU HOME RENTALS!!! Do yourself a favor. Trust me, I would not take the time to write this if I did not feel so passionate about this issue
