Recently our checking account was fraudulently charged $55.00 by Dish Network. We have not had an account with them for over two years.
The account they withdrew from was never used in any previous transactions. They never had the debit card number for it.
The account that was used previously had been closed out rendering the card number they had, useless.
Nothing was resolved in a 45 minute phone conversation due to the fact that they wanted a debit card number so they could "check on the account", which is non existent. Their request for the number was denied because we have NO account with them.
After some research, we have found that they are less than reputable or honest in their business affairs.
