I signed up with Process at Home on July 19th and recieved the information via email within minutes. After reading through it I quickly realized it was not something I wanted to do so I called the 24/7 800# and requested my refund. I was told my refund could not be processed because the transaction was still pending and to call back withing 2-3 days.
I called every day until finally getting a supervisor on the 22nd, to approve the refund. I have written several emails since then. The first one on the 27th was replied to by Patricia, who said it was approved and I should see it withing 2-3 days. I have not gotten any response since then.
The phone number only works occasionally and the emails get no reply.
Stay away from this "company", they are not a legitamate organization.
