I filed a previous report on Clayton Homes and still on this late date of 11-30-05 we still havent been treated fairly by Clayton Homes. We have been in a lawsuit with them for almost 2 years now and to this day we havent been made a fair offer for all that we have been through. All we was offered was $7000. On our $104, OOO modular home that was damaged and not fixed by Clayton Homes. I am so upset and would like to warn other consumers that no matter what you do the company will win. It isnt fair that they keep treating inocent people this way. So please I warn you dont buy from Clayton Homes or you may go through the most horrible experience of your life, like we did.
