HOTPOINT GENERAL ELECTRIC G E will not honor their 10 year warranty on leaks in a Hotpoint Dishwasher

I have a Hotpoint Model HDA3740G02SA dishwasher that leaks the warranty clearly states there is a 10 year warranty "if the tub or door liner fails to contain water due to a defect in materials or workmanship. During this full warranty, GE will also provide, free of charge, all labor andin-home serviceto replace the defective part."
They are in "BREACH' of warranty and refuse to perform the above service.
They have agreed to send me a gasket that I am to install, but I am still waiting.
They maintain the at gaskets are not covered but there are no exclusions stated in the warranty.
