Today, I looked at my account and noticed $7.99 was taken from my account without my authorization. I contacted them and a female told me I registered and they sent me an email to confirm the subscription. ALL OF WHICH IS NOT TRUE! After arguing with her about the company's illegal activity, she gave me a cancellation number #2574933 but refused to give me a refund. I asked for the company's name, address, and her name (JC) so that I could file a complaint with my bank, the BBB, and any other organization to get this kind of activity to stop. This is the 3rd time in 30 days that my account has been affected by this garbage. My bank refunded one amount and I am waiting on the other two.
I believe there should be strict laws against this activity because innocent people are hurt, who can't afford the money they are charging and/or do not know how to fight it or stop it.
