When you ask for a payday loan and enter your checking information BOOM they have it and can whack you with 31.85 charge and then a monthly service fee of 7.99 without giving you a payday loan. They should in my opinion be considered a 'PREDATORY LENDER' - they are worse than some of the mortgage companies and that mess we are in...
