Warning!!! Do not use Small Animal Delivery owned by Norman Koelmel. They have delivered two puppies for us and one puppy died the other puppy was sent strait to the ICU. The Veterinarian said the one puppy looked like he had not had any water or food for atleast fourteen hours. Please do not let this happen to you, we also have found out that several animals have died in this companys care. We have spoken with several employees that told us they left small animal delivery because Norman Koelmel would not pay them. He cares only about the money, it's clear he has no reguard for the wellfare of the dogs or puppies that he delivers.
