This man has a bad reputation of selling sick and damaged puppies. I bought two puppies, one died of Parvo, per Vet documentation. The other puppy is not what he sold it to me as. She is a 'mut'. Joe Lozano was reported so many times to the city of San Antonio animal care services that they obtained a warrent and with the police were able to search the property and they did confiscate all of the puppies. The court awarded the puppies to Animal Care Services. Now they have a mention on thier web page that becase of city ordinances they can not keep all of the puppies at their home. That is probably true, they are probably warehousing them in the same conditions out side of where the city has no jurisdiction. Poor little puppies. After multiple emails and attempted conversations with them, they called me a liar and told me that they did not believe that the first puppy died and that the other puppy was one that they sold me. I have documentation from the vets office, pictures and eye witnesses. Anyone would be wise to avoid this business.
