I too was ripped off by capital credit. I have called several times since 9, at one point i did actually talk to a rep who told me to mail everything back to them with a note to please reimburse my $37.00 which i did. I never received my money back and now their phone has been disconnected!!!
They do however, keep mailing me these great offers for a gold credit card!!! Gee, can i please??!! What a rip off!!!
