Buyer Beware: Sophistication Alley presents a beautiful website suggesting they are a reputable company; however, nothing could be farther from the truth. After I placed my order, I received an email stating that shipping information would be sent. After three weeks, I sent numerous emails and attempted to call the phone number presented at the site (you can only call them on Sunday between 9-11am Mountain Time). Finally, I received a "generic email" stating that the company forgot to notify me of my shipment which would be sent out by UPS and received the following week (according to the company's website the owners are religious and close for worship as well as take numerous vacations-and implied this caused the delay in the shipment "over-site"). After another week passed, I contacted UPS to find out what happen to my package. UPS stated that my package was being held by the vendor and to contact Sophistication Alley. I have sent numerous emails to this company and have not heard anything to date. After reading the "Rip-off Website", I feel fortunate that this has been my first negative experience with an on-line vendor. My only hope is that this information will stop someone else from ordering products from this company. I will continue to try and contact Sophistication Alley, notify my bank not to release anymore funds from my account, contact the BBB, and PayPal of this company's fraudulent practices (as this service is listed on their website).
